Getting Around Clemson
Parking on Campus
For those coming from out of town, parking at Clemson can be a challenge. Clemson offers paid visitor parking in various designated lots on campus. These spots are either: paid by the day through parking services or paid by the hour via a kiosk located at the visitor metered lots. Meter rates are $2 per hour.
Our recommendations: There is some visitor metered parking adjacent to the Academic Success Center (where most sessions will be held)—drive towards the ASC on McMillan and take a left out of the circle in front of the ASC. The closest accessible parking is in the lot between the ASC, the Library, and Daniel Hall (see the map on page 4 of the program—the lot is the white rectangle in the middle). There is additional metered visitor and accessible parking in the large lot at the Hendrix Student Center.

Public Transit
Clemson area Transit (CAT) services the Clemson and Central areas. The CATbus stops regularly at on and off campus locations, and offers a safe, clean, and most importantly free transport option for students and visitors. The CATbus runs on 30 minute rotations with a general ten-minute travel time. The red route is the route that stops at most close destinations and will drop off guests at Sikes Hall. The Rider app offers very accurate arrival times.
